The pick-up and return times may vary depending on the season. We recommend checking the current opening hours before coming to collect your rental. These are updated on the 1st of each month in this same section.

DEPOSIT by CARD or CASH
>> You pay a deposit fee when you pick up the rental, in case of damages.
>> Electric bikes are delicate equipment. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the bike. In the event of any damage requiring assessment and a repair quotation from the relevant supplier, the refund may take 1 to 2 days while the necessary evaluation and quotation are completed.
>> €200,- deposit

Requirements
> An identification: Passport or ID.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your rental 48 hours before your rental period starts.
After 48 hours, the system does not allow us to make any refunds.
