Conditions:
DEPOSIT by CARD or CASH
>> You pay a deposit fee when you pick up the rental, in case of damages.
>> Electric bikes are delicate equipment; therefore, the deposit will be refunded within 1 to 2 days after the rented equipment has been inspected by the maintenance staff.
>> Options:
€300 for daytime use.
€500 if kept overnight by the client.
Rental is per CALENDAR DAY (not per 24‑hour period)
• Pick-up: from 8:00
• Drop-off: 20:45
Requirements
> An identification: Passport or ID.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your rental 48 hours before your rental period starts.
After 48 hours, the system does not allow us to make any refunds.
